Risk Assessments

In just a few minutes, you can learn more about your level of risk for a variety of medical conditions. Each risk assessment will ask you a set of questions about your background and your behavior. The results you receive will include information about potential diseases and disorders that can occur, as well as lifestyle changes and treatmentoptions for managing these diseases and disorders.

If you feel a painful, burning sensation in your chest 30 minutes to 2 hours after you eat, you may have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in women other than skin cancer.

Coronary artery disease (CAD) occurs when the arteries that bring blood to the heart muscle (coronary arteries) become hardened and narrowed.

It's natural to feel strong emotions when you're pregnant and just after you've had a baby. You may feel elated, or you may feel sad. Many women have the "baby blues" just after birth.

Stress in small doses isn't a bad thing. Stress can challenge you to do your best. But too much stress can affect both your emotional and physical health.

The questions in this assessment ask about risk factors. These are conditions that may put you at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
