We realize that spending time with your loved one is important to the healing process. As a member of the family—in our eyes, that’s any person who plays a significant role in our patient’s life—your emotional support is not only welcome but also deeply encouraged.

    Go to the Information Desk on the Plaza Level and ask one of our volunteers for help.

Conveniences During Your Visit

  • Main Campus WiFi Access

    Follow these steps to log on to our WiFi:

    1. Choose the “csguest” network in your device’s wireless settings.
    2. A “guest” login window will appear.
    3. Select "log on as guest”—no password required.

  • Gift Shop Information

    The Gift Shop is located on the Plaza Level in the South Tower of Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center. It’s open Monday—Friday, 10 a.m.—4 p.m., and closed on weekends.

  • Parking

    Find directions to and rates for the various parking options available at Cedars‑Sinai Medical Center.

  • Patient Support Services

    We offer a variety of support services available to patients admitted for any length of time. 

Policy Information

For the safety of your loved one and the rest of our patients, please don’t visit if you have:

  • A cold or respiratory infection
  • Fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, runny nose or sneezing, chills, muscle pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, body aches, sore throat, diarrhea, or new loss of taste or smell
  • Been recently exposed to a contagious illness, including COVID‑19

If you can’t be there in person for your loved one, you may call, write or send packages to them. We encourage you to use electronic communication, such as FaceTime and Skype, as often as possible. Our staff members are always available to help coordinate these virtual visits.
